SMS Terms | Roseland Finance

If you agree to receive text messages from Roseland Finance, these terms apply to them.

Updated

In short

Roseland Finance, which arranges small-business funding requests from Mansfield, OH, may send text messages about a request you started, after you agree to receive them. These terms describe the messages, how often they come, how to stop them with STOP and how to get help with HELP. Consent to texts is not required to send a request.

What the program is

Roseland Finance sends text messages to business owners who have asked it to, about a funding request they started: follow-up questions, document reminders, scheduling a call and updates on partner responses. Messages are not used to offer consumer credit.

Giving consent to Roseland texts

You agree by checking the consent box on the request form or by telling Roseland on a call that texts are fine. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of sending a request or of any partner's review. You can ask for calls or email instead.

How often messages arrive

How many texts you get depends on where your request stands. Messages are sent while a request is active; they stop when the request closes or when you opt out.

Costs

Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless plan sets those charges.

How to stop messages

Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive one message confirming the opt-out, and no further texts unless you agree again. You can also call (419) 556-4536 and ask Roseland to stop texting you.

How to get help

Reply HELP to any message for help, or call (419) 556-4536. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy and changes

Phone numbers and message content are handled as described in the privacy policy linked in the footer. Roseland may update these terms by posting a new version on this page.
